Pricing
- Pricing is per active member (seat), per billing period.
- Prices shown in USD on our site are for reference only. All charges are made in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
- List prices are exclusive of tax. 7.5% Nigerian VAT is added and itemized on your invoice.
Billing intervals
- You choose monthly or annual billing. One interval applies to your whole organization.
- Annual is a 12-month commitment, offered at a discount in exchange for that commitment.
Automatic renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. Your saved payment method is charged the then-current price.
- Each renewal bills your actual active members for the period — if members were removed, the renewal charge is lower.
- Prices may change at renewal with at least 30 days’ notice.
Adding and removing members
- Adding members mid-term is charged immediately, prorated for the remaining term, and aligned to your existing renewal date.
- Removing members frees the seat for reuse. The lower count is reflected at your next renewal — no mid-term refund is issued.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrades (for example, Foundation to Scale) take effect immediately. You pay the prorated price difference for the remaining term.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current paid term. No refund or credit is issued for the term you have already paid for.
Starter
- Starter is free for organizations of up to 10 members. No payment method is required to start, and it does not expire.
- Starter carries the full platform. Moving to a paid tier buys scale, device management, and support — it does not unlock security capabilities that were withheld.
- You can move from Starter to a paid tier at any time. Billing begins on the day you upgrade, and your renewal date is set from that day.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your organization stays on its current tier for the remainder of the term you have paid for. Cancelling does not move you to a lower tier.
- No refund is issued for the remaining portion of a term.
Refunds
- Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, including the unused remainder of an annual term — annual pricing reflects a committed term in exchange for a discount.
- At our sole discretion, we may issue refunds for duplicate or accidental charges, billing errors on our part, or where required by applicable law.
Taxes and invoices
- Charges include 7.5% Nigerian VAT, shown on your invoice as subtotal, VAT, and total.
- An itemized receipt is emailed for each successful payment.
Premier
- Premier is offered through our sales team under a separate written agreement. Billing, invoicing, and payment terms for Premier are governed by that agreement.
