Cross-organization collaboration
Your people can reach a partner organization’s applications, and their people can reach yours.
Seating someone from another company in your own directory means taking on the lifecycle of a person they employ. When they leave, nothing tells you automatically — their access to your applications outlives their role, until someone happens to notice.
Collaboration grants the access to the organization instead of to a person.
- Their administrators decide who takes part.
- Their lifecycle stays theirs. When someone leaves their company, their access to you ends with it.
- No records for their people are created in your directory. Access is derived at sign-in, never copied.
- Every request is authorized against both organizations’ policies and written to both audit trails.

Starter is free for teams of up to ten
Starter costs nothing for organizations of up to ten members. No card, no expiry.
Starter carries the full platform — passwordless sign-in, device trust, SSO and federation, provisioning, policy and audit. It is not a reduced version of the product.
Ten is a cap, not an allowance: at the eleventh member you move to Foundation and pay per seat for the whole directory.

Apple device management
macOS and iOS devices now enrol into the same fleet console as Windows and Android Enterprise.
- Enrolment, device policy, compliance gating and remote wipe, the same as every other platform.
- One console and one policy model across Windows, Android and Apple — no second console, no separate policy language.
Device trust is unchanged. Management reports what state a device is in; device trust proves which device is asking.
