Trustaige is the workforce identity platform — passkey sign-in, device trust, and tamper-evident audit for your organization. When something isn’t working, or you’re not sure how to set something up, this page is the fastest route to the right person.

We acknowledge every support request within one business day. Requests that affect your team’s ability to sign in are prioritized ahead of everything else.
What to include in your request
You’ll get a faster, more useful answer if your first message includes:
- Your organization name and the email address you sign in with
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- The approximate time the issue occurred (with timezone)
- For device trust issues: the device’s operating system and version
- Any error message, exactly as shown — a screenshot works
Never include passwords, recovery codes, or private keys in a support request. We will never ask for them.
Device trust agent
If your organization manages devices with Trustaige, the agent is installed and updated by your IT team — typically through your device management (MDM) system. For enrollment problems, posture-check questions, or agent removal:
- Contact your organization’s IT administrator first — they control your device’s enrollment.
- If your administrator needs help from us, they can reach us at support@trustaige.com.

Security issues
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in Trustaige, please don’t raise it through regular support. Email security@trustaige.com — coordinated disclosure details are in our Trust center.
